Who may qualify for First Responder REP?
The program is designed for eligible firefighters, law-enforcement personnel, EMTs, paramedics, emergency dispatchers, rescue personnel, and other qualifying first responders. Start a benefits review so we can discuss your role and situation.

How can the buyer benefit work?
When permitted by applicable law, the transaction, lender, and buyer-side compensation terms, First Responder REP may share 30% of buyer-side commission toward eligible closing costs for an eligible first responder.
Can I ask about other homebuyer-assistance programs?
